So far I've been here over night, they allowed for a late check in and check out at no additional cost (checkout is typically at 11am) but they're letting me stay till 3pm due to that's when I would leave for my appointment and then airport, but so far my experience here has been great, all the staff are nice the food and bar drinks are amazing, I highly recommend the Raspberry Lemon Drop martini if you go to the bar and for a light snack their Roasted Red pepper Bisque is amazing! The room was nice and clean with no issues as well so overall I would rate this place a 5 anytime and recommend it to others!

Excellent stay! Thank you for great service, starting from Mckinley collecting me from the airport, and also checking me in! The upgrade to the top floor corner king was greatly appreciated as well! All of the staff at the Harvest restaurant were kind and continued with great service as well. Enjoyed the waffle dessert and the breakfast buffet! Great service from the Night Audit team with some late snacks from their Perks Market. Thank you!!

The staff here is great. They helped us out in a pinch. We were at another hotel that had no water for three days could not take it. No more came here. I took very good care of us and apparently we weren’t the first people checking in from the other motel.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Wichita for a business trip from Monday through Saturday (plus an unexpected extra night due to flight delays). Overall, it was a solid stay. I had two different rooms during my visit, and both were clean — not immaculate, but perfectly fine and comfortable. The only issue I ran into was that the shower door leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Once I figured that out, I set aside a towel each day to catch the water. Housekeeping did a great job replacing the towels daily without issue, which I appreciated. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, both at check-in and checkout. The bar/restaurant served good food, and the bartenders were especially friendly and helpful with recommendations. Parking is in a garage and costs $15 per day for self-parking. There was plenty of space available. Pro tip: get an extra room key to leave in your car so you can easily get in and out of the garage. Overall, a good, reliable option for a business stay in Wichita.

Wish it were a little more walkable to any restaurants but it’s beautiful on the river. Rooms are always clean, check in is easy, workout room and pool are nice. Recommend.

The rooms were nice but they were far from our conference rooms. I did not like that we had internet in our rooms but none at our our conference. The hotel lobby had nice seating areas. There is a Starbucks and a bar area, along with outside seating. There is also a shuttle. I think the parking is like $8/day. The food for our conference was awful. Its like stuff was just heated up and served. It was a huge discussion among our conference about how bad it was. The breakfast bake was so gross! They have bottles of water in your room but only for certain customers otherwise its like $3/bottle. I could not get my ac to kick on that much. I had it set at 64° and it should have been nice and cold in there but it wasn't.

I stayed here 11/3/25-11/6/25 for a conference. This is a newer Hyatt — clean, roomy, modern with lots of dining, drinking and coffee options. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout, including the conference. One caution: I did not take a hot shower while there. I had lukewarm water one morning, but cold otherwise. Others who attended our conference had a similar experience. We reported this problem to hotel staff, who promised to look into it, but I saw no improvement. This is a weird and unusual problem for such a nice property to have.
